LUXURY ATLANTA CONDO RENOVATION

Nestled high above the streets of Buckhead in a contemporary Atlanta high-rise, this full interior renovation tells the story of a young couple with a deep love for classic design and far-flung travel. We layered old-world character into a thoroughly modern setting, transforming the kitchen, primary bath, guest bath and powder room with expressive natural stone, custom millwork and collected architectural details. The renovation came with big-city challenges: strict condo regulations, commercial core restrictions and limited layouts. But working within those constraints sparked creative solutions. Inspired by the clients’ love of European architecture and memorable hotels, the finished home balances rich materials and classic detailing with a distinctly modern point of view.
